For real estate, buyers, sellers, and documentation purposes
A Roof Condition Report is a paid professional report intended for real estate transactions, buyer/seller due diligence, property documentation, or third-party review. Because this report is often used for negotiations, disclosures, or decision-making outside of a roofing project, it is offered as a separate professional service.
Choose a Free Roof Inspection if you are a homeowner looking for roofing advice, repair options, or a replacement estimate.
Choose a Roof Condition Report if the inspection is connected to a real estate transaction, property sale, buyer review, disclosure, negotiation, or third-party documentation.
If you move forward with approved roofing work through Muro Exteriors within 90 days, the $250 Roof Condition Report fee may be credited toward your project.
